One of the best places I and my wife have ever stayed at. Just great full stop. The property is just great. We love it and will come back again. A lovely family break with our children aged 12, 9 and 11 months. We were later than planned arriving and the owner kept in contact with us via text so that he could be around to greet us on our arrival. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house and it was well equiped to meet our family's needs. We were very pleased with the large travel cot and baby highchair as they were of a good quality and very clean.
Our Labrador was greeted with a bowl of water, clean bedding and some tasty snacks! The Co-op round the corner was handy and the local fish and chip shop sold the nicest fish we'd ever tasted! We enjoyed Flamborough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place, owner and accommodation to anyone interested in a relaxed family break in Yorkshire. Sea Break is an excellent place to stay. The location is great for the shops and the pubs.
We much appreciated the warm welcome from the owner. Sea Break is very spacious, warm and comfortable which we needed with 3 young grandchikdren. Private parking and also use of the garage for muddy boots was a great addition and was needed, as the weather was not great. There is a garden but as it was Oct then we did not make much use of it. It is an easy walk to the nearest beach. Lots of attractions not far from Flambrough, and walking on the coastal paths is a must.
Good family sized home. Ideal location for walking.
Plently of local pubs that serve food on the doorstep. Would recommend. Hope to visit again.

Summer Stewart wrote a review Jun Worst service EVER! I had the 2 Double beds, sofa bed and full kitchen room. The bed linens were horrible quality, the housekeeping was always out of fresh towels, and the tv was very small for the large room we had. I asked the staff to fix this problem MANY times throughout my 6 days on property.
Such a disappointment, and the staff never knew how to handle a problem! Date of stay: June Trip type: Traveled with family. Helpful Share. Sierra wrote a review Jun Clean but horrible smell.
However, we encountered a horrible smell of meadew as soon as you open the door to the room it hit you in the face. I went to the front desk to complain all they did was come spray some freshener then told me to discuss with housekeeping. Need new ac units because those are your problem the water was leaking in the carpet so our room had a wet area.
I talked to the manager the next day he didn't do anything either I asked for a new room they did not comply with my request. They said they were booked but people were still coming to check in so there were some empty rooms. I emailed the reservation lady and have not gotten a response from her.

They say they care about their guests well they treated my issue like it didn't matter. I explained my son have allergies and he didn't sleep well Friday night still nothing was done or said. I'm pissed after paying all that money and felt as if my concern did not matter. I will not choose beachbreak again!!!
